An MBA from IIM Kozhikode, Joel brings 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, brand management, and international sales.
Co-founderRima has been building and scaling technology products over 20+ years. She has been part of early teams at Cleartrip, Hopscotch, Instazen (acquired by Qualitia), and Builder.io, helping shape platforms from zero to scale. With deep expertise across engineering and product, she leads Himalay.io with a focus on scalable architecture, clear execution, and long-term value creation.
Co-founderSouvik brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-growth banking and financial services businesses across India. He has held leadership roles at ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, YES Bank, and IndusInd Bank, driving branch expansion, product innovation, deposit growth, fintech partnerships, and digital acquisition strategies. An MBA from IIM Kozhikode, Souvik combines strategic insight with strong execution discipline. At Himalay.io, he leads finance and growth strategy, focusing on building financially resilient systems backed by governance, capital efficiency, and sustainable long-term value creation.
Co-founderAnurag has been working in the renewable energy sector in India and the EU for the past 10 years. A TU Delft Alumni, he has worked at various international power producers- in responsibilities of business development, procurement and contracting for project construction; driving success in a competitive sector. With experience in international business development, and realization; Anurag leads acquisition of our first customers and supports on operations, to ensure best in class delivery.
